We have launched a consultation on our updated plans to tackle droughts in West Sussex and Hampshire.
The sources we use to supply your water are very resilient to drought and fortunately the last time we had to introduce restrictions was in 1976.
However, our climate is changing, so it’s important we have plans in place if a serious drought does occur so we can maintain your essential daily water supplies.
We’ve published a summary of our draft Drought Plan for 2018-2023 and we’re holding a consultation on this between January 8th and March 2nd, 2018.
