Once again Portsmouth Water received fewer complaints per 10,000 customers about the service it provides than any other Water Company in England and Wales.
The information supplied from the industry regulator the Consumer Council for Water’s (CC Water) annual report, also shows that overall 123,218 written complaints were made to water companies across England and Wales in the year to March 2014. Portsmouth Water received 236 for the whole year, a fall of 84 from last year.
Portsmouth Water received 8 written complaints per 10,000 customers which is the lowest in the industry across England and Wales. The average for the industry is 40 per 10,000 customers.
