Put Your Questions to Portsmouth Water at Online Event
Portsmouth Water are hosting an online event on Monday 20 November 2023, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM to answer customer questions about its future business plan.
During the event, Portsmouth Water representatives will present key points within our company’s business plan for 2025 to 2030 and answer questions from attendees. Customers are encouraged to ask questions about any aspect of the plan.
The event will be overseen by an independent chair appointed by the water industry regulator Ofwat. Customers unable to attend the event online can submit questions in advance to the Consumer Council for Water (CCW), who will raise them on their behalf.
Questions should be submitted in advance to [email protected], stating clearly:
- Which company your question is for
- Whether you are unable to attend and would like CCW to ask your question or you are attending but would prefer CCW to ask your question.
Questions won’t be shared with the company in advance of the meeting.

Individuals who are unable to join online can visit a public venue to take part in the event. This request will need to be highlighted when registering interest in the event via the link below.
