Portsmouth Water is one of the top three water companies in the UK, according to industry regulator Ofwat.
Its outstanding record for tackling leakage, dealing with supply interruptions and supporting high-priority customers has been recognised in Ofwat’s Service Delivery Report.
The company also ranked top of all water companies in the UK for its impressive levels of customer satisfaction.
Portsmouth Water, a drinking water only company, scored highly for water quality and was one of the highest rated companies for dealing with water supply interruptions – this was the sixth consecutive year the company achieved its target in this area.
