New connections charging consultation

We are looking to change the way we charge for new connections on developments. We want to ensure our charges are fair, affordable, transparent and help to ensure we offer a customer focused service and encourage competition where appropriate. We are consulting with our customers, that use our developer services, for their opinions in advance of publishing our new charging arrangements next year.

Our consultation covers a range of areas including: service connection charges, requisition charges, infrastructure charges, offset/ asset payments and diversion charges. To have your say please read our consultation document.
