We are members of the Institute of Customer Service and are currently completing a customer and employee survey. Our industry regulator, Ofwat, conducts regular customer satisfaction surveys and we are proud to have come 1st in the industry for the last 2 years. We wish to build on these results and have joined the Institute of Customer Service to help us ensure we are continuously improving the service we offer to you.
We have recently invited a number of customers to complete a satisfaction survey that will be sent within the next 10 days. We really value feedback and appreciate customers helping us improve our service. Once the survey has been completed, we will be working with the Institute of Customer Service to identify areas where improvements can be made, and put an action plan in place.
